Caroline Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Evolution, one of the GCC’s largest and most diverse event production groups. With more than 20 years of experience across the UAE and wider region, she has led the delivery of major national celebrations, state visits and landmark events, combining creative vision with exceptional operational, logistical and project leadership.
Dave Clark
COO
Dave Clark is the Chief Operating Officer of Evolution, bringing more than 24 years of technical production, operational and event management experience across Europe and the Middle East. He oversees Evolution’s multidisciplinary teams and has led the delivery of major national celebrations, festivals and landmark events, combining technical expertise with exceptional operational leadership.
Shivali Singhvi
Head of Commercial
Shivali Singhvi is a visionary financial leader, known for her strategic insight and meticulous approach. Since joining Evolution in 2021, she has been pivotal in managing major projects such as the Al Wathba and Presidential State Visit. Her ability to drive financial efficiency and team collaboration ensures successful, seamless execution of every project.
Mansour Al Anzi
General Manager - Riyadh
Mansour Al Anzi is an accomplished General Manager with over 16 years of leadership experience driving operational excellence and team success. He has successfully established new departments for major projects like the Mashreqiah Project and, since joining Evolution in August 2024, remains dedicated to building positive, high-performing, people-focused workplaces that inspire growth and deliver sustainable results.

Business Operations Manager - Riyadh
A highly accomplished audiovisual and events professional with over 40 years of international experience, Ken Plater is recognised for his leadership and operational excellence. He joined Evolution in February 2026 as Business Operations Manager for KSA Operations, bringing extensive global expertise with clients including Intel, British American Tobacco, Wyeth Research, and Merck. At Evolution, he focuses on strengthening operations and developing teams, fostering collaboration and delivering continued success.

Abbe Felters is Head of HR at Evolution, bringing more than 14 years of leadership experience in people management, organisational development and culture. She is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing teams and plays a key role in supporting employee growth, engagement and the continued success of the business.

With a keen eye for design and over 15 years of experience, Annalize Van Rooyen is the dynamic Head of Furniture at Evolution. She leads her team with creativity and passion, driving innovative, sustainable solutions. Annalize has played a key role in major events like the Pope Francis Visit and COP28, leaving an undeniable impact on the industry
Radwa Elghoroury
Head of Furniture - Riyadh
Radwa Elghoroury is a dynamic leader in furniture styling and experiential design, serving as Head of Furniture and Propshop at Evolution. She specializes in furniture rental operations and FF&E execution for luxury events and large-scale activations, contributing to projects including Qiddiya Film Studios, LIV Golf, and Netflix activations. Through creativity, precision, and strong visual storytelling, she continues to craft immersive environments that leave a lasting impression.
Tony Atkins
Head of Scenic
Tony Atkins is the Head of Experiences in the Scenic Department at Evolution, with over 30 years of experience in creating immersive scenic installations. Since 2021, he has led projects from concept to completion, blending creativity with technical expertise to deliver innovative, high-quality environments while managing teams and client relationships.
Lorenzo Gempies
Head of Scenic Operations
Lorenzo is a highly experienced scenic production leader with extensive expertise in manufacturing, fabrication and project delivery. He oversees the production of complex scenic environments, transforming creative concepts into high-quality built realities through meticulous planning, technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional standards on every project.
Sam Chard
Head of Production
Sam Chard is Head of Production at Evolution, bringing more than 15 years of experience delivering high-profile events, state visits and large-scale cultural programmes. Combining strong leadership with technical expertise and strategic thinking, he oversees complex productions from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional standards, operational efficiency and outstanding client outcomes.
Tim Wardman
Head of Production Design
Tim Wardman, Head of Production Design, blends over 15 years of experience in music, audio engineering, and event design. Known for his innovative problem-solving, he’s crafted high-profile events like the A'Diriyah Festival and Prada Mode by Damian Hurst, seamlessly merging creativity with technical precision in every project.

Head of Technical
Johnny Mitchell, with over 20 years of experience, leads Evolution’s Technical Department with a passion for innovation and excellence. His expertise in managing complex projects ensures seamless event execution. Known for his leadership and problem-solving skills, Johnny is committed to maintaining Evolution’s high standards and delivering extraordinary results.
