    Evolution Furniture partnered with Stamina KSA to deliver a premium VVIP hospitality environment for E1 Jeddah Corniche 2024. Working within one of Saudi Arabia's most prestigious international sporting events, the project required carefully selected furniture collections that reflected the sophisticated visual identity of the venue while creating comfortable, functional spaces for high-profile guests.


    A distinctive monochrome design language formed the foundation of the installation. Black and white furniture, bespoke striped cushions and complementary accessories were combined to create a refined hospitality setting that balanced contemporary styling with practical event functionality. Lounge areas, café seating and hospitality spaces were carefully furnished to encourage relaxation, networking and premium guest experiences throughout the event. 

    The Challenge

    Creating premium hospitality environments within temporary event infrastructure requires far more than selecting attractive furniture. Every area must accommodate changing guest numbers, operational requirements and circulation routes while maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout the venue.


    For the E1 Jeddah Corniche project, Evolution Furniture was tasked with supporting the VVIP experience through a coordinated furniture package that reflected the event's contemporary aesthetic. The furniture needed to deliver both visual impact and practical performance, creating comfortable environments suitable for hospitality, informal meetings and guest relaxation while complementing the striking black and white design concept developed for the space. 

    Space Planning & Guest Experience

    The furniture layout was designed to create a series of welcoming hospitality environments that encouraged guests to move naturally between lounge seating, café areas and social spaces. Different furniture configurations provided flexibility for both individual relaxation and small group conversations, ensuring the VVIP areas remained comfortable and functional throughout the event.


    Soft seating arrangements established informal networking spaces, while café tables and bar furniture introduced additional hospitality options without disrupting circulation through the venue. By carefully balancing seating density with generous circulation routes, the completed installation delivered an environment that felt open, refined and operationally efficient, demonstrating how thoughtful furniture planning can significantly enhance temporary hospitality environments.
