    GPCA Conference Furniture Rental

Evolution Furniture hospitality lounge installed for the GPCA Forum 2024 in Muscat.

The 18th Annual GPCA Conference brought together leaders from the petrochemical and chemical industries at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat, requiring premium hospitality environments that reflected the event's international profile. Appointed by Identity Global, Evolution Furniture delivered carefully curated furniture solutions for the conference's VIP and VVIP hospitality areas, creating elegant spaces that balanced guest comfort with professional presentation.

Through the supply, layout and installation of premium lounge furniture, the team transformed dedicated hospitality areas into refined environments suitable for networking, informal meetings and executive hospitality. Carefully coordinated furniture collections, neutral colour palettes and thoughtful space planning ensured every area maintained a cohesive visual identity while supporting the operational requirements of a high-profile international conference.

    The Challenge

The conference required hospitality environments that complemented the premium character of the venue while providing comfortable spaces for VIP guests throughout the event. Multiple lounge areas needed to feel welcoming, elegant and functional, with furniture layouts supporting conversation, networking and informal meetings without compromising circulation or operational efficiency.

Working within a live event environment demanded careful coordination between furniture delivery, installation and the wider production schedule to ensure each hospitality area was completed on time and presented to the highest standard.

    Space Planning & Guest Experience

Well-designed hospitality environments encourage natural movement while providing comfortable places for guests to meet, relax and network.

Furniture layouts were carefully arranged to define individual lounge settings without creating barriers within the wider venue. Seating configurations supported both small group discussions and informal one-to-one meetings, while generous circulation routes allowed guests to move comfortably between hospitality areas throughout the conference.

The result was a series of inviting hospitality environments that enhanced the overall visitor experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

    Project Outcome

The completed hospitality environments provided elegant, comfortable spaces that supported networking, executive meetings and guest hospitality throughout the conference.

Through carefully considered furniture selection, thoughtful space planning and coordinated installation, Evolution Furniture delivered premium lounge environments that complemented both the venue and the stature of one of the GCC's leading petrochemical conferences. The project highlights the team's expertise in delivering temporary hospitality furniture solutions for international conferences, corporate events and executive hospitality programmes.

    Project Ecosystem

    Sail GP - Mubadala

Evolution Furniture supplied coordinated hospitality furniture for Sail GP - Mubadala.

Creating premium hospitality environments within outdoor venues requires far more than furnishing temporary structures. Every lounge, dining space and networking area must be planned to deliver comfort, encourage social interaction and withstand the operational demands of a live event.

For Sail GP - Mubadala, Evolution Furniture supplied a complete furniture solution for the event's hospitality areas at Mina Zayed, Abu Dhabi. Contemporary lounge furniture, dining collections and supporting accessories were selected to create inviting waterfront environments that complemented the premium nature of the venue while remaining practical for large-scale temporary use.

Alongside the furniture supply, Evolution Furniture managed the delivery, installation and de-rig of all supplied furniture, ensuring each hospitality space was completed efficiently and presented to a consistently high standard throughout the venue.

    The Challenge

The hospitality programme combined multiple temporary environments, each designed to serve a different purpose while maintaining a consistent visual identity across the venue.

Lounge areas, dining spaces and social settings all required furniture that would perform within an outdoor waterfront location while providing the level of comfort expected within premium hospitality. At the same time, installation needed to align with a tightly managed build schedule involving multiple contractors working across the site.

Achieving both operational efficiency and a refined guest environment required careful planning long before the first item of furniture arrived on site.

    Space Planning & Guest Experience

Well-designed hospitality environments encourage movement without feeling overly structured. Furniture layouts should create natural gathering points while preserving clear circulation routes between different areas of the venue.

Across Sail GP - Mubadala, lounge furniture was positioned to maximise the waterfront setting, while dining environments and café-style seating created comfortable destinations for hospitality throughout the day. The combination of furniture types allowed each area to support a different style of interaction without compromising the overall flow of the venue.

By defining spaces through furniture rather than physical barriers, the hospitality environments remained open, welcoming and easy to navigate.

    Project Outcome

The completed installation delivered a series of refined hospitality environments that reflected the premium character of Sail GP - Mubadala while supporting the practical requirements of a busy outdoor venue.

Through coordinated furniture collections, thoughtful layouts and professional on-site delivery, Evolution Furniture helped create comfortable spaces where guests could dine, network and relax throughout the event. The finished environments balanced visual consistency with operational efficiency, demonstrating how carefully planned furniture solutions contribute to successful temporary hospitality experiences.

    Project Ecosystem
