    For Sail GP - Mubadala, Evolution Furniture supplied a complete furniture solution for the event's hospitality areas at Mina Zayed, Abu Dhabi. Contemporary lounge furniture, dining collections and supporting accessories were selected to create inviting waterfront environments that complemented the premium nature of the venue while remaining practical for large-scale temporary use.


    Alongside the furniture supply, Evolution Furniture managed the delivery, installation and de-rig of all supplied furniture, ensuring each hospitality space was completed efficiently and presented to a consistently high standard throughout the venue.

    The Challenge

    The hospitality programme combined multiple temporary environments, each designed to serve a different purpose while maintaining a consistent visual identity across the venue.


    Lounge areas, dining spaces and social settings all required furniture that would perform within an outdoor waterfront location while providing the level of comfort expected within premium hospitality. At the same time, installation needed to align with a tightly managed build schedule involving multiple contractors working across the site.


    Achieving both operational efficiency and a refined guest environment required careful planning long before the first item of furniture arrived on site.

    Space Planning & Guest Experience

    Well-designed hospitality environments encourage movement without feeling overly structured. Furniture layouts should create natural gathering points while preserving clear circulation routes between different areas of the venue.


    Across Sail GP - Mubadala, lounge furniture was positioned to maximise the waterfront setting, while dining environments and café-style seating created comfortable destinations for hospitality throughout the day. The combination of furniture types allowed each area to support a different style of interaction without compromising the overall flow of the venue.


    By defining spaces through furniture rather than physical barriers, the hospitality environments remained open, welcoming and easy to navigate.
