    For the UAE Equestrian & Racing Federation's Longines Nations League 2025, Evolution Furniture delivered a comprehensive furniture package that transformed multiple hospitality environments throughout Al Forsan Club Abu Dhabi. From prestigious VIP lounges and owners' hospitality suites to front-of-house spaces, catering areas and operational support zones, every environment was carefully furnished to provide comfort, consistency and a premium guest experience.


    Working across numerous event areas simultaneously required coordinated planning, efficient logistics and meticulous installation. A refined palette of whites, creams, beiges and gold created an elegant visual language that unified each hospitality environment while complementing the prestigious nature of the international equestrian competition.

    The Challenge

    The project required multiple hospitality environments to be furnished within a single venue while maintaining a consistent premium aesthetic across spaces serving different operational purposes. Each area needed to provide both functionality and visual cohesion, from formal hospitality lounges to catering facilities and back-of-house support spaces.


    The installation also required careful coordination between several venue areas, ensuring each furniture collection suited its intended purpose while contributing to a seamless guest journey throughout the venue.

    Space Planning & Guest Experience

    Every hospitality environment was arranged around comfort, accessibility and guest interaction.


    Indoor lounges featured welcoming sofa arrangements complemented by marble coffee tables, side tables, decorative accessories and soft furnishings that encouraged informal meetings and relaxed hospitality.


    Outdoor viewing terraces overlooking the competition arena combined comfortable lounge seating with practical table layouts, allowing guests to enjoy uninterrupted views while providing suitable spaces for refreshments, networking and social interaction.


    Supporting hospitality spaces including catering areas, owners' facilities and front-of-house environments were planned to balance operational efficiency with premium presentation.

    Project Outcome

    The completed hospitality environments successfully combined elegance, comfort and operational practicality across every furnished space.


    By maintaining a unified design language throughout the venue while tailoring furniture layouts to suit each area's function, Evolution Furniture created premium temporary hospitality environments that supported both guest comfort and efficient event operations throughout the Longines Nations League 2025.

    Project Ecosystem

    The Longines Nations League 2025 formed part of a wider international equestrian event hosted by the UAE Equestrian & Racing Federation at Al Forsan Club Abu Dhabi. Evolution Furniture was responsible for the hospitality furniture supply, styling, delivery, installation and de-rig across multiple hospitality environments, creating refined temporary interiors that integrated seamlessly with the overall event experience.

    Creating memorable networking environments requires far more than simply placing furniture within a venue. Every seating arrangement, lounge setting and hospitality area should encourage conversation while reflecting the atmosphere of the occasion.


    For EINO – Events Industry Night Out 2023, held at Grand Plaza Mövenpick, Dubai, Evolution Furniture transformed the venue with a carefully curated collection of premium event furniture, statement lounge settings and botanical styling. Combining contemporary furniture collections with decorative greenery and feature props, the installation created welcoming hospitality spaces that balanced comfort, functionality and visual impact throughout the venue. 

    The Challenge

    The objective was to create an inviting hospitality environment that encouraged guests to relax, network and spend time within the space while maintaining a refined, contemporary aesthetic.


    Rather than relying solely on decorative elements, the furniture needed to define comfortable gathering areas, create visual focal points and integrate seamlessly with the event styling. Every element needed to contribute towards a premium guest experience without compromising circulation or functionality.

    Space Planning & Guest Experience

    The furniture layout focused on creating relaxed hospitality spaces where guests could comfortably network throughout the evening.


    Lounge settings encouraged informal conversation, while standing areas featuring high tables provided additional flexibility for social interaction. Botanical styling and decorative installations helped define individual hospitality zones, adding visual interest without restricting guest movement through the venue.


    The resulting environment balanced openness with intimacy, allowing visitors to move naturally between seating areas while maintaining a cohesive overall appearance.

    Every venue arrives with an existing identity.


    It may be a blank exhibition hall, a familiar hotel ballroom, an outdoor terrace or a temporary structure waiting to be brought to life.


    Furniture can change how that space is understood.


    The same room can become a formal conference environment, a relaxed networking lounge, an elegant hospitality suite or an energetic brand activation. The architecture may remain unchanged, but the experience can feel entirely different.

    Furniture helps establish the character of a space.


    Low seating and soft fabrics can create a relaxed atmosphere. Structured arrangements and refined finishes may introduce formality. Natural materials can add warmth, while bold colours and unusual shapes can bring energy and personality.


    The transformation is not created by one statement piece alone.


    It emerges through the relationship between sofas, chairs, tables, rugs, lighting, accessories and the space around them. Each element contributes to a wider visual language.


    Scale plays an important role too.


    Large pieces can make an expansive venue feel more intimate, while lighter furniture and open layouts help smaller environments feel less crowded.     A daytime conference lounge may need to feel calm and professional. Later, the same area might become an evening hospitality setting with a warmer, more social atmosphere. Changing the arrangement, lighting or a small number of key pieces can create a new experience without rebuilding the environment.
